Offers make or break your business.
The most successful businesses in the world launch new offers like clockwork.
But coaches, consultants, and creators often sell just one offer then become surprised by ghosting, stagnant revenue, or questions about rates and deliverables.
This Friday (September 27th) join a FREE) live training by “offer genius” Ken Yarmosh to learn:
- 💡 Why a "Lighthouse Client" is the key to scaling your offer.
- 🗂 The difference between selling services or one offer and a "Portfolio of Offers".
- 💰 How to build a "Conveyor Belt of Clients" who grow with you over years.

The power of shifting from consumer to creator
Andrew Huberman on becoming extraordinary in 2024:
"It's easier than ever to become extraordinary. The power of putting your phone away—whether to write, practice music, or focus on something meaningful—can't be overstated. Social media should be used as a platform to share your efforts with the world, not as a place to mindlessly spend your time. The key is realizing that the flow needs to go from the real world into the digital space, not the other way around. Those who understand this will be the ones who succeed in life, almost guaranteed, barring some accident or injury. It’s that simple."
This shift completely changed my life.
Every opportunity I've gotten in the last 3 years happened because I switched from a consumer mindset to a creator mindset.
I'm not saying everyone has to start creating content.
But it’s essential to view your phone—and social media in particular—as a tool to enhance your life, not distract you from it.
Here are 3 simple rules I live by to apply this idea:
- Create before consuming: Before checking your phone in the morning, start the day by producing something—an idea, a few lines in your journal, or even a short voice memo.
- Engage with intention: Instead of passively scrolling, engage with content by leaving thoughtful comments, asking questions, or joining conversations. Shift from passive consumption to active participation.
- Turn inspiration into action: When you come across inspiring content, don’t just consume it—use it as fuel for your own projects. Take notes, reflect, and incorporate the ideas into your own work.

Speaking of the creator mindset...
Last week, Mr. Beast’s internal employee handbook surfaced on the web, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the world’s biggest creator.
Let me start by saying: I do not endorse Mr. Beast in any way.
However, I do endorse learning from the best of the best—and there's no denying that Mr. Beast is a content and marketing genius.
You don't get to 317 million subscribers by accident.
With that said, here are 4 gems from his leaked employee handbook:
This is a core lesson for being productive with your time. Don't obsess over how many hours you're putting in. Focus on the actual output of those hours.
This applies to pretty much every area of life. Mistakes happen (and are often necessary for growth), but the key is to own them, learn from them, and make adjustments going forward.
When the most successful content creator in the world shares his secrets for making good content, you listen.
This is actually something I think about a lot when creating my own content. You need a few go-to formats that work, but you can't get complacent by using them too much.
I highly suggest you check out the full document.
It's a fascinating read.
50 life lessons from an 80-year-old man
I stumbled across this on Twitter.
I don't know who exactly this 80-year-old man is, but there are a lot of gems in here:
An incredible example of long-term dedication paying off
Nike’s new CEO may have the best LinkedIn profile ever.
32 years.
1 company.
All the way from intern to CEO.
If that's not an endorsement for perseverance, I don't know what is.
Important Note: While this journey is inspiring, I also recognize that a strategic pivot to a new company can also be a smart career move. It all depends on the situation.
I hope this email finds you well 😂
Have a great week!
